FAQ

Questions people ask before they trust the room.

Clear answers help people decide whether private sound healing, a group sound bath, or singing bowl training is the right next step.

What is sound healing?

A complementary listening practice using singing bowls, gentle rhythm, and silence to support rest and attention. It is not medical treatment.

Do I need meditation experience?

No. The session is guided simply, and you can rest, sit, adjust, or quietly step out if needed.

Are private sessions different from group sound baths?

Yes. Private sessions allow more conversation and individual pacing. Group sound baths are shared listening spaces with less personal tailoring.

Can sound healing help with anxiety, sleep, or stress?

Many people book because they want rest or a calmer pause. Results vary, and no outcome is promised. Continue appropriate medical or mental health care when needed.

What will I learn in beginner training?

Basic bowl handling, striking and circling technique, listening, simple session structure, and respectful practice boundaries.
