Raja Yoga Healing

Our Story

श्रवण · Listening

A practice shaped by sound, stillness, and the wisdom of going slowly.

Raja Yoga Healing was created as a calm place to reconnect with what busy life often asks us to ignore: the breath, the body, and the quieter signals beneath the noise.

Devesh

A teacher of rest and resonance.

Devesh is a sound healer and restorative yoga practitioner who has been teaching for twelve years. His approach is attentive and grounded, bringing together the spaciousness of restorative yoga with the felt experience of sound.

Rather than asking people to push through discomfort or perform a perfect practice, he creates conditions for listening. A session may include supported rest, breathing, gentle awareness, or sound—always with room for the individual experience.

At the heart of his work is a belief that meaningful change does not always arrive through more effort. Sometimes it begins when the body feels safe enough to soften.

Years of teaching

Experience held lightly.

Twelve years of teaching have deepened a simple principle: meet the person in front of you, not an idea of who they should be.

How we work

Nothing to prove. Something to notice.

The practice is spacious, consent-aware, and adaptable. You are invited to participate at your own pace and remain the authority on your own experience.

01

Arrive

Begin with the body as it is—not as it should be.

02

Listen

Notice sensation, breath, emotion, and silence without rushing to explain.

03

Integrate

Leave with a practice that can continue gently beyond the session.

A personal practice

Begin where you are.

Choose a one-to-one session, restorative yoga, or simply start a conversation about what would feel supportive.
