Ways to practise

An invitation to slow down.

Each offering is shaped around attention, spaciousness, and the simple intelligence of rest.

Meet Devesh

Twelve years of teaching, one practice of listening.

Devesh is a sound healer and restorative yoga practitioner. For twelve years, his work has centred on helping people pause, feel supported, and reconnect with the body through sound and rest.

His sessions are unhurried and personal: a place where stillness is not an achievement, but something that can gradually be remembered.
